Rotary screen-print combines distinct colour deposit with high efficiency volume production. It is also possible to print endlessly with no splices or print gaps.

FLATBED SCREEN PRINT
Roll to roll flatbed-screen print offers high capability for durable performance print.
The curing methods used are UV and IR.

The method of transfer a liquid at a defined pattern gives the possibility to print not only inks.
We offer digital printing. The main reason for using digital printing methods on our products is to imprint unique variable data.
It can be codes and numbers – on RFID products encoded often called ”Visual unique print” in the chip.
The digital print can also be combined with our other printing methods. Eg can silk screen combined with digitally printed barcodes
HOT & COLDFOIL
With hot or coldfoil technique we can offer mirror quality silver and gold surfaces. Even hologram foils can be transferred to the material.
We can laminate with PSA adhesive or heat sealing. This offers almost endless combinations of materials.
Sometimes embossing is needed to give the product a 3D shape, or to lower some part of the product. We can emboss both rotary as well as flatbed. For flatbed embossing tolerances down to 25 μm in X, Y, Z can be achieved.

FLATBED DIE CUTTING
Offers very accurate cut to a defined pre-made pattern. Tolerances down to 25 μm in X, Y, Z can be achieved.
LASER DIE CUTTING
Our state-of-art laser converting equipment offers effective roll-to-roll converting from low to very high volume. This technology should not be mixed up with low capacity prototyping equipment often used for prototyping. Laser converting offers capabilities that can’t be achieved with tools.

Often a design calls for placing a discrete component in a selected location on the product. Island placement reduces the distance between die-cuts on the input web, thereby minimising material waste.
MULTI LAYER BUILD UP
We can place unique size/shape layers upon/under products. Sometimes the end product consists of various materials in different areas of the product to achieve the optimum solution.
We have the capability of high speed RFID control and encoding. Our unit can handle booth HF as well as UHF products. For UHF products we can also do farfield testing.
Ous system can also store and program each product depending or your requirements. We can also read and verify barcodes and then program the IC accordingly.
We can slit from 1000 mm down to approx. 5 mm depending on the material. Tolerances down to +/- 0.1 mm can be achieved.
Beneli does not only produce the highest quality finished products, we can also generate single component prototypes, mock-ups, and proof cuts. Cut to the exact specifications of the final application, our prototypes are useful for research, testing, development, and verification.
